About this item
A Lenovo ThinkCentre M910S desktop with an Intel i5-7600 at 3.5GHz, 8GB RAM and a 512GB HDD is a simple starting point for office tasks, a home lab or a project build. This open box unit is listed at $299 with no operating system, so it suits buyers who are comfortable installing their own.
What do you need to set up a ThinkCentre M910S with no OS?
You'll need an installer on a USB drive, plus a license if you choose a paid operating system. Linux is a free option.
- Drive upgrade: a 512GB HDD is slower than an SSD, and many buyers swap one in.
- Memory: 8GB is enough for basic office use, but heavier multitasking benefits from more.
- Price check: compare $299 with similar i5-7600 office desktops.
- Accessories: check whether a power cord, keyboard or mouse is included.
A good fit for tinkerers who like to set things up themselves. Covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
