Ryzen 5 8500G desktop or a laptop for a student?
If the student works at one desk, a desktop like this often gives more for the money and allows a full-size screen and keyboard. A laptop is the better choice only when portability matters more than comfort.
- Budget for a monitor if the listing doesn't include one.
- 16GB of memory lets research tabs, documents and video calls run at the same time.
- Check the storage type and whether there's space for a second drive.
- Model M02-0224 helps confirm the exact build.
