The title lists W10P Education, which points to an education edition of Windows 10 Pro.
Is an i7-8700 desktop with RX 550 good for students?
It is a capable budget pick for school projects, research, office apps and light gaming at lower settings. 16GB of RAM helps with multitasking.
- Windows 10 standard support has ended, so confirm the license edition and ask about a Windows 11 upgrade.
- The 1TB HDD is slower than an SSD, and an SSD upgrade will speed up boot times.
- Check the RX 550's outputs against your monitor.
- Confirm the power cord is included.
