About this item
The Cloud Nine C989M ergonomic split mechanical keyboard separates the keys into two halves, so you can position each hand more freely. This open-box unit has RGB lighting, connects by USB and is listed at $100. It fits writers, coders and office staff who spend long hours typing.
Is a split ergonomic keyboard hard to get used to?
Expect an adjustment period, especially if your hands cross the center when you type. Give yourself some time before judging it.
- Open box: confirm that both halves and any connecting cable are included.
- Switches: the switch type isn't in the title, so check the description.
- Lighting: look for photos that show the RGB working on both halves.
- Desk space: a split board may need more width, so plan your layout.
