About this item
Gamers who play at low mouse sensitivity, and anyone short on desk space, know the appeal: a 65% mechanical gaming keyboard drops the number pad and function row, which leaves more room for your mouse. The ASUS ROG Falchion Ace is a 65% board, listed new at $79.99.
What do you lose with a 65% gaming keyboard layout?
There are no dedicated F-row or numpad keys. Those functions usually move to a secondary layer you reach with a modifier key. If you work in spreadsheets a lot, you may miss the numpad.
- Switches: the title doesn't name the switch type, so check it in the listing.
- Connectivity: check whether it's wired, wireless or both.
- Lighting: see the description for backlight details.
- Box contents: make sure the cable is included.
