About this item
The Intel E810-XXVDA2 is a 25GbE Ethernet network adapter for servers, homelab hypervisors and storage boxes that have outgrown 10GbE. The title calls it new bulk, while the condition field says open box. That usually means no retail packaging, so read the description to see exactly what comes with it.
What do you need to run an Intel E810 25GbE network adapter?
Besides a free expansion slot, you'll need compatible transceivers or cables and driver support for your operating system.
- Bracket: confirm whether a full-height or low-profile bracket is included for your chassis.
- Optics and cables: the title mentions none, so check what your switch supports.
- Slot: verify that your motherboard has a suitable PCIe slot and lane width.
- Drivers: confirm support for your OS or hypervisor.
