About this item
At $399, this open-box Dell Latitude 5420 14-inch FHD laptop offers a lot of memory for the money: an i7-1185G7 processor, 32GB RAM, a 512GB SSD and Windows 11 Pro. The Latitude line is aimed at business use, so it suits remote workers, small offices and students who want a business-class machine on a budget.
Is a Dell Latitude 5420 with 32GB RAM still worth buying?
For office apps, research and video meetings, yes. The i7-1185G7 is a few generations old, though, so it is not the right choice for heavy gaming or 4K editing.
- Open-box Latitudes are often off-lease units, so ask about battery health.
- Check the photos for keyboard shine and lid scratches.
- Confirm the charger is included and Windows 11 Pro is activated.
