About this item
The Zoom 98 SS in E-White is an enthusiast keyboard for hobbyists who care about build details. It has trimode wireless, a PVD mirror prism accent and a non-flex cut hotswap PCB. This open-box unit is priced at $350.
Is the Zoom 98 SS a good custom keyboard for tinkering?
A hotswap PCB lets you change switches without soldering. The 98 in the name suggests a compact layout that keeps a number pad, but check the exact layout in the photos.
- Kit or built: check whether switches and keycaps are included or whether it's a barebones kit.
- Finish: look closely at the mirror prism piece in the photos for scratches or fingerprints.
- Wireless extras: make sure any receiver and cable are included.
- Protection: covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
A premium build for anyone ready to fine-tune their own typing experience.
