About this item
Raw horsepower for a midrange price is the pitch here. This Lenovo Legion 5i OLED gaming laptop pairs a Core i9 14900HX with an RTX 5070 on a 15.1-inch WQXGA OLED screen, plus 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The open-box unit is listed at $1,450.00.
Is the Legion 5i with RTX 5070 and 16GB RAM enough for gaming?
For most games, 16GB works well. If you stream, edit video or keep many apps open, check whether the RAM can be upgraded later.
- Display: ask for a powered-on photo of the OLED screen to check for marks.
- Charger: confirm that the power adapter is included.
- Storage: 1TB fills fast with large game installs, so budget for extra space if needed.
- Box contents: open-box items can be missing paperwork or accessories, so read the notes.
It's a smart pick for competitive gamers and students in engineering or design programs who want one capable laptop.
