About this item
Need a cheap ViewSonic VA951S LCD monitor for a workshop PC, retro build or spare desk? This open-box unit (model vs15843) is listed at $44.89. It uses VGA and DVI connections, which line up well with older desktops, thin clients and legacy graphics cards.
Will a VGA and DVI LCD monitor work with my computer?
It will if your PC or graphics card has a VGA or DVI output. Newer laptops with only HDMI or USB-C ports will need an adapter.
- Screen size and resolution: neither is in the title, so check the listing.
- Open-box condition: the seller calls it brand new, so look at the photos of the panel and stand.
- Cables: confirm whether power and video cables come in the box.
- Use cases: it fits basic office tasks, point-of-sale stations or a secondary display.
