Is an open-box Dell XPS 15 9530 a smart buy for photo and video editing?
The i7-13700H and 1TB of storage give editors room to work, though the FHD panel and 16GB of RAM are modest for heavy 4K timelines. Weigh the price against new configurations before deciding.
