About this item
Engineers, CAD users and 3D creators who need a big screen on the go often shortlist the Dell Precision 7770. This open-box 17.3-inch model has an i9-12950HX (16 cores, according to the title), 64GB of RAM, a 1TB drive and an NVIDIA RTX A1000 with 4GB. It runs Windows 11 Pro and is listed at $1,195.
Is the Precision 7770 with RTX A1000 good for CAD and creative work?
The RTX A1000 is a workstation-class GPU, and 64GB of RAM leaves plenty of room for large models, layered files and heavy multitasking. At 17.3 inches, this is a laptop that mostly lives on a desk, not an ultraportable.
