About this item
A split ergonomic keyboard like the ProtoArc EK01 Plus lets your hands rest at a more natural angle than a standard straight board. This new green model connects over Bluetooth or USB wireless and has backlit keys, which makes it practical for home offices, late-night study sessions and anyone who switches between devices.
Is a split Bluetooth keyboard hard to get used to?
Expect a short adjustment period, especially if you don't touch-type. At $55.00 it's an inexpensive way to try a split layout before spending more on ergonomic gear.
- Dual connection: pair a laptop over Bluetooth and a desktop through USB wireless, and confirm the receiver is included.
- Power: check the listing to see if it uses a rechargeable battery or replaceable cells.
- Layout: check the key layout and whether there's a numpad.
- Backlight: useful in dim rooms, and the photos should show how it looks.
