About this item
If you build or fix PCs often, it's handy to keep a few tubes of paste around. This silver thermal grease 5-pack gives you five syringes of CPU heatsink compound paste for $7.99. You'll have a fresh one for each cooler swap, upgrade or repair.
Is silver thermal paste safe to use on a CPU?
Silver-colored paste is common, but the title doesn't say whether this one conducts electricity. Check the description, and keep it off exposed parts on the board.
- Syringe size: the title doesn't say how much paste each syringe holds, so check the listing.
- Thermal rating: no rating is given, so it's better for routine maintenance than for chasing the lowest temperatures.
- Storage: cap each syringe tightly after use.
- Cleanup: remove all the old paste before applying new paste.
