About this item
This open-box ASUS ROG gaming desktop is an entry-level build with a dedicated graphics card. It lists an Intel Core i5-10400F, a 6GB GTX 1660, 8GB of RAM, a 256GB SSD and a 1TB HDD. The two drives make it easy to split games and files. The asking price is $600.
Can an i5-10400F and GTX 1660 gaming PC handle today's games?
It's geared toward esports titles and older or lighter games at modest settings. For newer releases, 8GB of RAM is the spec many buyers upgrade first.
- The 'F' processor relies on the graphics card for video output, so connect your monitor to the GPU ports.
- The title doesn't name an operating system. Confirm whether Windows is installed and activated.
- Ask the seller whether there are free RAM slots for upgrades.
- Compare the $600 price with other GTX 1660 builds before you commit.
