About this item
An open-box MSI Thin 15 gaming laptop with an RTX 4050 is an affordable way into current-gen Nvidia graphics, here at $749.00. The listing includes an Intel i5-13420H, 16GB RAM and a 512GB SSD with a 15.6-inch FHD screen.
Is the RTX 4050 worth it over an RTX 3050 laptop?
For most 1080p gamers, yes. The RTX 4050 is a newer generation of Nvidia graphics. The 16GB of memory also leaves more room for games, streaming and photo or video editing than 8GB machines.
- Ask how long it was used before it was returned or opened.
- Check the photos for scratches on the lid and palm rest.
- Make sure the power adapter is included, since gaming laptops depend on it.
- 512GB fills up fast with games, so budget for extra storage if needed.
