About this item
IT managers and home-office workers often shop for a Dell OptiPlex 7000 SFF desktop because the small form factor fits neatly under a desk or behind a monitor. This open-box unit has an Intel i5-12500, 16GB of RAM, a 256GB NVMe SSD and Windows 10 Pro, for $446.50.
Is the OptiPlex 7000 i5-12500 a good office desktop?
Yes. A 12th-gen Core i5 with 16GB of RAM handles spreadsheets, accounting software, browsers and video meetings smoothly.
- Windows 10 Pro: Microsoft ended mainstream Windows 10 support in October 2025, so check whether the PC is eligible for a Windows 11 upgrade.
- Storage: 256GB NVMe is fast but compact, so plan for file servers or cloud storage.
- Included items: check whether a power cord, keyboard or mouse comes with it.
- Open-box notes: review the seller's photos.
