About this item
This upgraded gaming PC desktop is listed open box at $1,200, but the title stops at "powerful" without naming a single component. Before you spend that much, treat the description and photos as the real spec sheet.
How do you judge an upgraded gaming PC with no specs in the title?
Go through the core parts one at a time and compare the total against what those components would cost separately. The graphics card and processor should account for much of the price.
- GPU and CPU: get exact model names, not just "high-end."
- RAM and storage: confirm the capacity and speed, and whether the drives are SSDs.
- Upgrades: ask which parts were replaced and whether they're new or used.
- Power supply and OS: check the wattage and whether Windows is activated.
