About this item
The Razer Huntsman Elite wired gaming keyboard uses opto-mechanical switches, which register keystrokes with a light beam instead of a traditional metal contact. This one is listed as open box at $89.95, even though the seller's title says "NEW," so read the condition notes closely.
What does open box mean for a Razer Huntsman Elite?
Open box usually means the packaging has been opened. The keyboard itself may be unused or lightly handled, and the description should tell you which.
- Condition: look for photos of the actual unit, keycaps and cable.
- Accessories: confirm whether all original accessories and packaging are included.
- Wired setup: a cable connection suits desk gaming where you never want to recharge a battery.
- Switch feel: opto-mechanical switches appeal to gamers who want crisp, consistent key presses.
