For office apps, browsing, video calls and streaming, an i7-9700 with 16GB still runs comfortably. It isn't designed for modern gaming.
- The title says new on an older model. Ask whether that means new old stock or refurbished.
- Confirm the operating system, since the title doesn't list one.
- Check whether the 512GB SATA drive is an SSD or a hard drive.
- Your purchase is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
It's a solid choice for a second office machine or a low-cost home server.
