About this item
Wrist or shoulder strain after long coding sessions leads many people to shop for a ZSA Moonlander ergonomic split mechanical keyboard. Because the keys are split into two halves, you can place each hand at shoulder width. This black unit is wired USB with a QWERTY EN layout. It is listed as open box at $325.
Is a split keyboard like the Moonlander worth the learning curve?
For programmers, writers and heavy typists, the adjustment can pay off. Expect to type more slowly for a while as you relearn key positions.
- Switches and keycaps: the title does not name them, so check the listing.
- Cables: confirm that both the USB cable and the cable joining the two halves are included.
- Accessories: ask about wrist rests or a carrying case.
- Open box: look for shine or wear on the keycaps in the photos.
