About this item
Hall-effect switches have become a favorite of competitive players. The Turtle Beach Command Series KB7 TKL puts them in a wired tenkeyless gaming keyboard with a built-in screen. This open-box unit is priced at $149.69.
Is an open box Hall-Effect gaming keyboard a safe buy?
It usually is if the listing is clear. Open box can mean returned, displayed or briefly used, so read why the seller lists it this way and whether it was tested.
- Keys: look for photos that show every keycap in place and the screen powered on.
- Cable and extras: confirm the cable and any accessories are included.
- Software: check what the listing says about software or settings for the switches and screen.
- Layout: TKL drops the number pad, which gives you more room for wide mouse swipes.
It is worth a look for FPS players who want a feature-rich board for less than new pricing. Purchases are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
