About this item
This NVIDIA Tesla V100 32GB HBM2 listing, HP part PG500-216, is a data center accelerator. It's meant for AI training, machine learning experiments and HPC workloads, not gaming. Listed as new at $69.99, it may tempt home-lab builders and researchers. It is a specialist part, though, so do your homework before you buy.
Will a Tesla V100 32GB work in a regular desktop PC?
Don't assume it will. Data center GPUs often need a specific server board, connector and cooling setup. Confirm the form factor in the listing and match it to your system.
- Check the photos and description for the exact interface and form factor.
- Plan for cooling, and check whether the card comes with a heatsink.
- Confirm driver and software support for your project.
- Ask the seller about the low price and the item's history.
