About this item
Honor a Marine who earned the Purple Heart in Vietnam with this Marine Vietnam Purple Heart magnetic sign. It's new, costs $6 and measures 6 inches long by 3.75 inches high. The title says it's made for outdoor use, so it works on a pickup tailgate, a steel mailbox or a car door.
Can a Purple Heart car magnet stay on at highway speed?
The listing doesn't say how well it holds, so play it safe. Put it on a clean, flat steel panel and check on it now and then.
- Gift idea: good for Veterans Day, Memorial Day or a unit reunion.
- Surface: steel only. Skip fiberglass or plastic trim.
- Care: lift it off now and then so moisture doesn't collect underneath.
- Artwork: look at the photos for colors and emblem detail.
