About this item
This is the top end of the market. The AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D2 gaming PC in this listing combines an NVIDIA RTX 5090, 128GB of DDR5 RAM, a 2TB SSD and WiFi 7, priced new at $5,599.99. It's aimed at 4K high-refresh gaming, 3D rendering, video production and running AI models locally.
Who actually needs an RTX 5090 desktop with 128GB RAM?
Games rarely use 128GB of RAM. That much memory pays off for creators who run large video timelines, simulations or AI workloads alongside gaming. If you only play games, this may be more machine than you need.
- Ask for the power supply model and wattage, since the RTX 5090 draws a lot of power.
- Request the motherboard, cooler and case details to judge how much room there is for upgrades.
- 2TB fills quickly with 4K footage and modern games, so check for spare drive slots.
- Confirm the operating system, which the title doesn't state.
