About this item
Listed open box and described by the seller as never used, this Dell Precision 3490 is a 14-inch laptop with a Core Ultra 7 155H (3.8GHz), 16GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD, priced at $645.
Is the Dell Precision 3490 a good laptop for engineering students and remote professionals?
The Core Ultra 7 155H and 16GB of RAM handle coding, data work and multitasking in a portable 14-inch size. Storage is the main compromise.
- 256GB SSD: fine for apps and documents. Plan on an external drive or cloud storage for large datasets or video.
- Graphics: the title doesn't list a dedicated GPU, so check the item specifics if you need one for CAD.
- 'Never used' claim: ask about battery health and look for factory film in the photos.
- OS and charger: confirm which Windows edition is installed and that the adapter is included.
