About this item
Budget-minded gamers and students often start with the Royal Kludge RK61 wireless mechanical keyboard. This open box unit has red switches, a linear option many players like for fast, smooth key presses. It also has hot-plug support, so you can swap switches later without soldering. At $39.95 it's an easy entry into mechanical keyboards for anyone who wants wireless freedom on a tight budget.
Is an open box Royal Kludge RK61 good for gaming?
Red switches work well for fast-paced games. Because it's open box, the bigger question is whether everything is included, so read the condition notes closely.

- Keys: check the photos for missing keycaps or switches.
- Wireless mode: the title doesn't specify the wireless type, so check the description.
