About this item
The Dell OptiPlex 7070 Micro i7-9700 is a small office desktop that tucks neatly onto a crowded desk, and this open-box unit comes with 16GB of RAM, a 256GB SSD and Windows 11 Pro for $249.99. It's a good match for remote workers, small offices, point-of-sale stations and students who already own a monitor.
OptiPlex 7070 Micro vs. older OptiPlex models: is it worth the extra?
The 7070 Micro steps up to a 9th-generation i7, which can help with heavy multitasking compared with older Micro units. Whether it's worth paying more depends on your workload.
- Power brick: verify the adapter is part of the sale.
- Windows 11 Pro: confirm activation status.
- Connections: check rear-panel photos for monitor outputs and USB.
- Upgrades: 256GB fills quickly; look for notes on a second drive slot or plan on external storage.
