About this item
Shopping for an HP Omen 45L desktop to finish with your own graphics card? This open-box GT22-3000I lists an Intel Ultra 7 265K, 16GB of memory, a 1TB SSD and Windows 11 Home. The seller says plainly that there is no GPU inside.
Is an HP Omen 45L with no GPU a good gaming PC buy?
It can be, if you already own a card or want to pick one yourself. If you plan to run it without a card for office work or coding, ask the seller which video outputs you can use.
- Check the power supply wattage and cable connectors before you choose a graphics card.
- Ask what open box means here: packaging, accessories and any signs of use.
- Find out whether the 16GB is one module or two if you plan a RAM upgrade.
- Compare the $1,000 price with towers that already include a GPU.
