About this item
At $25.00, this new Raspberry Pi 3 Model A+ is a cheap way to get into hobby computing. Hobbyists use the Pi 3 A+ for home automation, playing old games through emulators, sensor projects and learning Python. It's also a common pick for classrooms and coding clubs.
What do you need to get a Raspberry Pi 3 Model A+ running?
Board-only listings usually include just the board. Unless the listing says otherwise, plan to get a microSD card and a power supply yourself. To use it like a desktop, you'll also need a display cable, keyboard and mouse.
- Read the description to see whether a case, power supply or memory card is included.
- Check the photos to make sure it's the A+ board you want.
- Look closely at the board photos for bent pins or damage.
- Check the quantity, since some listings sell more than one.
