About this item
Public kiosks, factory terminals and shared workstations need input gear that can take abuse. This 18-key vandal-proof industrial keyboard is made for that kind of use. It combines a metal numeric keypad and a trackball in one unit, listed new at $130.
Where does a metal numeric keypad with trackball make sense?
It makes sense anywhere a regular keyboard and loose mouse would get damaged or taken. Examples include self-service stations, workshops, labs and control panels where users mostly enter numbers and point.

- Key layout: review the photos to confirm the 18 keys suit your software.
- Sealing: if it will face dust or moisture, look for any rating in the description.
