About this item
The ASUS CX1505CKA 15.6" FHD laptop (model WS48F-PG) is about as entry-level as laptops get. It has a Celeron N4500 at 1.1GHz, Intel UHD Graphics and 4GB of memory, and it is listed open box for $123.
What can a Celeron N4500 laptop with 4GB handle?
It suits web browsing, streaming, documents and online classes on the 15.6-inch Full HD screen. It isn't built for gaming or video editing, and keeping many browser tabs open at once will slow it down.
- Storage: the title doesn't give a capacity, so look for it in the item specifics.
- Operating system: confirm which OS the seller lists before buying.
- Accessories: check that a charger is included.
- Condition: open box can mean anything from unused to lightly handled, so read the notes.
It makes a sensible backup machine or a first laptop for a younger student, as long as expectations stay modest.
