Is an open-box Onn 24-inch 100Hz monitor worth it?
For a second screen, a dorm room or a home office upgrade, the price is hard to beat. Open-box condition varies from seller to seller, so read the description closely.
- Check the panel: Look for photos of the screen powered on, and ask about dead pixels.
- Accessories: Confirm that the stand, power supply and an HDMI cable are included.
- 100Hz refresh: Scrolling looks smoother than on a basic 60Hz screen, and it's fine for casual gaming.
- Inputs: The title doesn't list DisplayPort, so plan to use HDMI or VGA.
