Is an open-box ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 13 worth it?
Open box can mean anything from a returned, barely used unit to one with light wear. With 32GB of memory for heavy multitasking, the real questions are condition and what comes in the box.
- Processor: the title lists a 7 268V chip; confirm the full CPU name in the specs.
- Charger: check that the power adapter is included.
- Battery and screen: look for notes on battery health and any marks on the touch panel.
- Software: confirm which operating system is installed and activated.
Matching 21NS005UUS against Lenovo's spec page is the quickest way to verify the configuration.
