About this item
The ASUS Chromebox CN60 is a small Chrome OS desktop with a Celeron 2955U, 2GB of RAM and a 16GB SSD. It is offered here as open box for $68.88. It is a low-cost option for a basic browsing station, a lobby kiosk or digital signage. It could also be a simple setup for a relative who mainly uses web apps.
Is an older ASUS Chromebox CN60 still usable?
It can handle light web tasks, but it is an older model. Look up its Chrome OS automatic update status before you rely on it for daily use.
- Memory and storage: with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage, expect to keep a few tabs open and store files in the cloud.
- Open box: read the seller's condition notes and check the photos for wear.
- Power adapter: confirm one is included, because adapters often go missing.
- Peripherals: plan on your own monitor, keyboard and mouse unless the listing says otherwise.
