Should I open a sealed Vietnam era ROKMC pennant?
Collectors often leave sealed pieces sealed, because the packaging can be part of the appeal. If you plan to frame it, decide that before you break the seal.
- Ask for clear photos of the front, back and any printed text.
- The title doesn't give dimensions, so confirm them before you buy a frame.
- Check the description for how the seller dated it to the Vietnam era.
- It's a good gift for a Marine veteran or a fan of Korean military history.
Purchases fall under the eBay Money Back Guarantee. Still, ask any questions before you buy, since sealed collectibles are hard to judge from photos alone.
