About this item
Weak WiFi from a Pi tucked inside a metal case or a far-off shed is the problem this Raspberry Pi 4 Model B with an external WiFi antenna connector (U.FL) is meant to fix. It's listed new for $95 and aimed at remote sensors, outdoor cameras and IoT gateways.
Why choose a Raspberry Pi 4 with a U.FL antenna connector?
A U.FL connector lets you attach an external antenna, which can help in builds where the onboard antenna is blocked. Check the listing to see exactly how the connector was added or configured.
- RAM: the title doesn't give the memory size, so confirm it in the listing.
- Antenna: see if an antenna and pigtail cable are included or need to be bought separately.
- Modification: ask if the board was modified and how.
- Accessories: check for a power supply, case or microSD card.
